To Cardio or Not to Cardio? That is the question....

This will be my 3rd cycle that I'm about to begin next week. On my past 2 cycles, I was never serious about doing aerobic workouts. All I concentrated on was bulk, bulk, bulk. So, I did get bulky but did not get cut or at least get defined.

So, this time, I'm thinking of getting serious with some type of cardio routine. Example, I saw this article that incorporates four per week, 30 minute treadmill or bike after weight training. Note as well that I just can't do morning aerobics which I heard was the most effective way to shed fat. (i.e. work constraints).

Will this be a problem when I'm on AAS and doing this aerobic stuff? I just don't want to end up bulky with no definition. Think "Michelin Man" or the "Marshmallow Man" from Ghost Busters.... =)

I eat 6 times a day but, not really sure if I'm overeating. So, either I just keep the same meal plan and do lots of aerobics. OR, eat less per meal and don't do aerobics.

What do you think? Need your expertise.

    Thanks, in advance.

I would hit Carlos up. I think he has the best diet training.
IMO: Yes you always need Cardio.

For someone who is on his third cycle, you talk like a newb.

If you are bulking how do you expect to get "cut"? It's one or the other, if you wannabulk and keep fat loss at a minimum, then incorporate some cardio into the mix.

And by all means don't be afraid to post your stats and diet. I'm sure they could use some work as well.

Post it up and lets help you get the best out of this 3rd run.

    Muriloninja,

Believe it or not.... I still feel like a newbie....

There is so much to learn on these forums I can't catch up.

Anyway, you're right, its either I bulk up or get cut. The question is, is there a different AAS cycle for cutting? Or, is it simply just doing some modification on the workout and the diet.

I just let the doctors do my AAS mix and follow it....

    Please advise...

    Merc,

BTW, thanks for the advise from the other post as well.

Yes, that confirms my idea of incorporating aerobics to my workout routine (i.e. AAS cycle).

    Thanks again.

Of course there are prefered compounds for "cutting". But we are bulking here so get focused on what you want to achieve and lay down the ground work and get it done.

Diet, you should really have this taken care of already. Post it up in the DIET section and definately remember to post your stats, goals, cycle experience so everyone knows what they are dealing with. Carlos can help but there are tons of people on here that can get your diet just as good.
