    Obliques

    Anyone got a good routine to really develope your Obliques mine are very underdeveloped and never seem to grow.

    Do compounds lifts (squats, deads, m-press etc) and the rest will follow.

    there's a machine maybe your gym has it ?
    torso rotation machine, very good for that muscle

    No my gym doesn't have a machine like that guess I will just let them develope on the own with the compound movements

    Obliques are worked through rotation of the pelvis so cross overs are the way to go cross over leg raises, cross over rope pulls, cross over crunches..

    elbow to opposite knee. simple as being an ectomorph lol.

    Lateral flexion - db side bends
    Torso rotation - torso rotation machine (Life Fitness)
