    Split Workout during cycle

    Hello, I'm going to be doing my first 4 week cycle of m-drol and I am wondering if this is a good split for during this kind of cycle.

    Sunday - Chest / abs
    Monday - Legs
    Tuesday - rest
    Wednesday - Triceps / Shoulders / abs
    Thursday - rest
    Friday - Back / Biceps / Latissimus Dorsi / Abs
    Sat - rest

    For maximum growth I would sugest as follows:

    Monday- Chest/Calves
    Tuesday- Back
    Wednesday- Shoulders/Traps
    Thursday- Arms
    Friday- Upper legs
