I'm getting tired of this... It's been going on for a while now, not every workout, but half the times.
I'm at my 4th go on IM's HIT routine, and on days that have any exercise that uses bi's (ie; fri I had lat pulldowns, barbell rows, barbell curls). By the time I get done with the first exercise and move onto the 2nd my left bi is usually pumped beyond the point of feeling good and extremely tite... it makes it hard to finish the exercises sometimes...
and the pain afterwords is unreal, I can't even use my f'n arm for almost anything... Sometimes it'll happen to one arm, or both, or if I'm lucky neither one of them at all.
Thing is, this doesn't happen everytime I workout arms, but for this to happen when I'm not overtraining or nothing is a f'n joke, it pisses me off. All it does is just hold me back somedays by making me have to skip exercises, etc.
This isn't from overtraining, but what if anything can I do to help prevent this the next time???
