    Ultimate Mass Workout

    I need the Ultimate MASS building workout on the face of the planet. I'm on 1000mg of Test E per week, 750 of Deca per week and 50mg of dbol a day. Looking for days, body parts and sets/ reps #'s Thank you.....

    No flame intended but you are on a lot of gear and you are asking for a workout like you've never been in the gym before....

    What is your training experience? Last routine you did, how were the results?

    Will you throw in your other stats too please.

    500 Deca
    great results!
    Use a 3 day on one day off, but I keep seeing people say do each bodypart once a week. I take most all sets to failure and very intense workouts. Like crazy intense, when I'm on cycle, I'm ready to hit it again in a few days. I'm looking for what you think would be the best Mass builder and how you think I should do it??? I never want to think I know it all and always want to learn more and what works for others... Looking forward to hearing some good info...

    You need mass workout routine: always increase weights and lower your reps. u will see results in few weeks if your diet is great.

    Look in the above sticky VARIOUS TRAINING TECHNIQUES. Works the best to gain mass/strength and still work your aux muscles like bi's and tri's directly.

    do a search fo BigKev's workout. If you can hang with that then you will be a monster by the end of your cycle. It is insane and it works.

    The BigKev workout is good but the 5 day per week Slingshot Training System is what you are looking for my friend. Doc will be posting it soon so you can see what it consist of.

    I have been doing a nd 3 day on and 2 day off cycle that i got out of a mag. day one push day 2 pull and day 3 legs then 2 days rest.
