Use a 3 day on one day off, but I keep seeing people say do each bodypart once a week. I take most all sets to failure and very intense workouts. Like crazy intense, when I'm on cycle, I'm ready to hit it again in a few days. I'm looking for what you think would be the best Mass builder and how you think I should do it??? I never want to think I know it all and always want to learn more and what works for others... Looking forward to hearing some good info...

do a search fo BigKev's workout. If you can hang with that then you will be a monster by the end of your cycle. It is insane and it works.

I have been doing a nd 3 day on and 2 day off cycle that i got out of a mag. day one push day 2 pull and day 3 legs then 2 days rest.
