wondring if this would be a good workout to follow...... comment please
i am considering following this routine for 6-8 weeks depending on how my body feels after 6 weeks
Mon-flat, incline or decline bench in rotation weekly-3x8, db flys-4x12, weighted pushups-2xfailure, military press-3x8, bb shrugs-4x8, lateral db raises-4x8
Calf Raises-7x20
20 min bike ride following workout with hr about 60-70%
Tues-isolated forearm workout-4x8=2 exercises
20 min bike ride 70-80% hr, 3 core exercises, jump rope or punching bag
Wed-deadlift-3x8, seated rows-3x8, lat pulldown-4x8, db pullover-4x12, upright rows-3x8, rev db flys-3x8
Calf Raises-7x20
20 min bike ride 60-70% hr
Thurs-isolated forearm workout-4x8=2 exercises
20 min bike ride 70-80% hr, 3 core exercises, jump rope or punching bag
Fri-Calf Raises-7x20, Squats-3x8, lunges-3x12, leg extensions-3x8, leg curls-3x8
Sat-3 bicep exercises-3x8, 3 tricep exercises-3x8, 2 forearm exercise-4x8
