i goto the gym 5 times a week

tuesday - back
wednesday - shoulders
thursday - arms
friday - legs
saturday - off
sunday - off

i mix the training days up every week so i will be training difrent parts on those days the following week, i train for an hour , with 5 min warm up and 5/10 min cool down
i normely do 12 reps 20%, 10 reps 60%. 8 reps 80% , and whatever i can do at 100%, i do this for nearly every excercie,
i was just woundering if this is okay to do ?? or is totaly shit ?? .
