I been working out for 2 years now and all i cna remeber is missing a week 2 or 3 times. I just finished a cycle and im done with clomid but my body is killing me from work and lifting. I want to take off a week to rest up and, hopefully maybe miss the gym so i can go back with more enthusiam and energy cause right now i kinda dread it.
I was also wondering can you really lose any muscle or strenght from missing a week or 2 ?
