    Carbs!!!!!

    I was thinking about carb cycling soon, and I wanted to know what is considered a low amount of carbs and high amount for women? I know it is 2 days low and one day high I just need to the the amount I should be consuming. Trying to get lean and tone. (Weight 130 height 5'5)

    Carb cycling is not the best way to get ripped because your blood sugar levels will stay out of whack. I would suggest 40 carbs per day Monday-Saturday and then carb up on Sunday. You can also have one high carb meal on saturday if you have a fast metabolism. The body performs better when its using keytones for energy during a long drawn out cutting phase.

    Once you reach the bodyfat levels you desire, simply eat a well balanced diet consisting of 1-1.25 grmas of protein per pound of body weight and about 1.5 carbs grams for every fat gram consumed. Obviously saturated fats and hi GI carbs should be kept to a minimum when trying to get cut and stay cut.

    The funny thing is I read your post to another person on here telling them to do 40 carbs and then I heard of carb cycling thats I posted this to see which would be better. You seem to really know your stuff I appreciate the help....I have another problem though I am the pickiest eater alive and it is really hard for me to not eat carbs, well because I don't seem to like anything else. Do you know of any good foods I might like? (I hate sea food minus tuna lol)
