welcome back bro. inspiring to hear yer making a comeback

well..below the knee..basically im thinkin machins here. The machines that work the inner quads where you squezze together, and the other ones where you spread apart. also the glute machine if you position correctly.
Do u have anything below the knee?
Have you considered electrostimulation? I had an ab one in highschool that gave me some pretty serious muscle contractions on my abs, almost painful. Not sure where you'd get one. see if there are any physical therapy places around you and go in and inquire where to get ssuch a machine, they have them there. I think its called a "stim machine" or "sten machine"..not sure. Im goin to go visit my therapist buddy tom'w, ill ask what its called
    peace

sounds like its time to prove them wrong, do anything you can and be consistent, muscle memory is a real thing and if u stimulate that muscle it knows what to do

yes i am trying to do both. the quads and hams do not work well without ur calves and fibularis longus muscles. ok let me try to explain. my leg was rebuilt do to extensive injury. my vastus medial [quad muscle closest to centerline of the body] was cut and folded over. take away a lever arm being anything distally from ur knee .I do have a 6'' stump but having no calf or anterior muscles its hard to get any type of reaction from ur quads. sounds like im blowing here but im trying to explain so i can get help. like i said my coworkers and surg. say that i cant build these mucles back
