    Walking to burn fat?????

    If i was to walk in the morning for about 6 miles carrying 7lbs on my back, 3 x a week, would that be good for burning fat??

    You will if it puts your total calories in deficit.

    skipping rope can burn up to 1000 calories an hour, also interval traing added your walking should make a dif...change up your pace>>speed walk, then ramp down, speed walk... ramp down...u get the idea

    Yes, as long as you don't hurt your spine walking long distances with that extra weight.

    LOL!! im thinking of joining th army so al hav to walk long distances with heavier thn that!!
