Hey guys, I am 5'11 200 pounds, with about 14% body fat...I want to start trimming down my body fat so that I am more leaner and ripped. I have been doing cardio in the mornings before breakfast and have noticed a difference arleady, but was wondering how much cardio is 2 much?? Should I be doing it every 2nd day? I run about 3 km every 2nd day in the mornings before class.... any tips would help! thanks![]()
