    Burn Body Fat-- HELP

    Hey guys, I am 5'11 200 pounds, with about 14% body fat...I want to start trimming down my body fat so that I am more leaner and ripped. I have been doing cardio in the mornings before breakfast and have noticed a difference arleady, but was wondering how much cardio is 2 much?? Should I be doing it every 2nd day? I run about 3 km every 2nd day in the mornings before class.... any tips would help! thanks

    I do cardio 4-5 times per week. I do 45 minutes at THR. I don't think you are in too much danger of too much cardio unless you start doing 30+ minute sessions above your THR.

    I sometimes to HIIT or 20 minutes of interval training. If I do this, I do cardio every other day.

    It varies amongst individuals. My advise to you is do low-moderate intensity cardio, decrease the carbs and continue training hard with moderate volume.
