barbell curls 21's
Are 21's a good exercise for building mass i read at different sites that they are a complete waste of time but then some sites say they are good. What do you think?

I believe that doing big compounds lifts should be more then enough for Bi's. For ex. I use to do forearm exercies but now with heavy @$$ deadlifts without straps, my forearms are normally crying for their mommy by the time im finished.
