    some help please

    hi my new uni an work time table doesnt allow mw to train on a monday also my gym is closed at the weekend and dond really have the money to pay for another gym i was wonderin if anyone could advise me on a training routin and would it be a bad thing if i had 3 days off an 4 days on training? i used to do.
    mon chest/tri
    tuse back
    wed off
    thurs legs
    fri shoulders/bi

    3 days off and 4 days training won't affect you to badly. I usually do 5 days a week and 2 off (wednesday and sunday). You will be fine. Might want to look into something like Tues Chest/Tris, then wednesday back/bis thursday legs, friday shoulders.

    Well I am not to strict on my diet as I eat based on what works for me and how my body best responds. If you want better analysis on your diet go to the diet forum post it up with your macros pro/fat/carb/cals and people will be more than happy to help you with with adjusting it.
