hi my new uni an work time table doesnt allow mw to train on a monday also my gym is closed at the weekend and dond really have the money to pay for another gym i was wonderin if anyone could advise me on a training routin and would it be a bad thing if i had 3 days off an 4 days on training? i used to do.
