Isolating outer bicep head
Is it possible to do this? My outer bi's are really lacking... I'd like more separation between bicep/tricep as well.

just keep in mind that alot of bicep shape is genetics...
some of us have more prominant peaks, and others have the thickness
while throwing in a few sets to try and 'target' inner and outter parts of the muscle, i wouldnt replace the core exercises like straight bb and alternating db's

I like close grip, hammer, and also alt. hammer across the front of the chest.
