    no strength?

Today i was at the gym doing my usual routine for my chest. first i did the normal of benching the bar for several times to get the muscles all warmed up then i added several 45 lb plates and did my normal routine of benching until i can bench only 6 reps to exhaustion. when i went over to the incline i had 185 on the bar but the funny thing is my right side wouldnt budge the bar of the bench. normally i can do several reps of 185 but today only my left side seemed to have all the power. i normally train 5days a week but each of my exercises include a little chest "I like the full look", my strength increased after being on PH's but i can understand why i am having a difficulty with the right side of my chest. the only thing that i noticed while working chest's whether it be with dumbells or the flat bar is that there is a slight tingling pain coming from my inside shoulder. Is this a sighn of overtraining? i have never had this problem before. any suggestions? thanks

from your post ive come up with a few things that may help you:

-a drop in strength is expected when moving from flat bb to incline bb

-theres no reason to do a chest exercise everyday in your workout, yes it looks nice to be full and pumped in the mirror but in my opinion your trading gains for your ego

-the slight tingling in your shoulder is most likely an injury waiting to happen that may or may not have come from overtraining...

i would do something crazy and take a week off from chest completly...on your designated chest day do some rotator cuff exercises and abs.

rest up stop overtraining and come back the week after or 2 weeks later fresh and ready to go
