Hey I found a workout/diet regiment over on bodybuilding.com, and wanted to know what yous guys think. The claim is 25 pounds in 7 days...has me curious. Although there is without a doubt going to be a gain in atleast some fat, I could always burn it off over the following couple of weeks. Me and a good friend are thinking of trying this over the holiday break coming up. Anybody know anyone whose done it? or have any advice...maybe I should do this workout/diet, and then do a cycle...lol, first ever 50 lbs gained on newb cycle. Let me know what you guys think.
