    Question bad news tennis shoes

    so this past weekend i fell down some stairs and broke my humerus. yesterday the doctor said that i cant work out for 3 months. what can i do to stay in decent shape? i dont have a lot of movement because it hurts to do just about anything. also, how much size and strength will i lose? thanks.

    Simple goto the gym anyway and work the other side of your body Do everything you can with Dumbells and such normally keeping the mass on one side of your body has some systematic effect of keeping muscle on the other you will still loose on that side but I'd rather come out @ say 65% on my injured side when I was ready to return then say 30% if ya get what I'm saying...
