    Anyone Ever stronger during PCT???

Im confused? I am benching 5lbs more on PCT than I did on cycle, and also worked my way up to 365 lbs on Deadlifts for my final set of 8 when I was at 325 on cycle? Anyone ever not lose any strength after a cycle? I was originally having a hard time getting it up and keeping it hard right after cycle at start of PCT, but on my 6th week of PCT i have no problems now, and feel like I have recovered. My pumps aren't as good, and I do not feel/look as big but my strength is still there? Just kinda weird. Honestly I'd rather have the size back from pumps but i'll take the strength.

It's called the "rebound effect". Also, have you reduced training volume?

It's not going to go away. In fact, the Slingshot Training System (STS) is based on these principles.

Basically, you get stronger during a de-load because less training volume is being used. When you go back on a higher volume training cycle you will get even bigger because you will be taking those extra strength gains along with you and in return break down more muscle tissue. This is why proper periodization is so important in gaining more size as a bodybuilder!

Click on this link provided below and read pages 56-58. It's a summary of the STS. It should help simplify things a bit.
