Workout Frenquency...
whats the best approach to workout a bodypart? The normal is every 7 days but I hear pros doing it every 9 days, I also heard mike mentzer saying something like every 14 days, whats the best appraoch, I have found out that the more we rest the better.

Mike Mentzer got very looney as time progressed.
Training each muscle group once a week is as good as it gets when trying to hypertrophy the muscles to the maximum. Why? It's because a 5 day split allows each muscle group to be trained with both volume and intensity before CNS fatigue sets in.
Most pros train a body part once every 7 days not every 9.

Not everyone does it that way all the time. High frequency training is another method. It is also quite effective.

Some people workout out as much as twice a day 4 days a week, working every muscle 4 times a week.

I've wondered the same thing. I'll blast a muscle, and it can feel recovered after about 3-4 days. I feel like I'm losing valuable time if I let it rest until the next week so I'll work it again. Seems to be working for me - I'm hitting fewer plateaus this way than I was when working muscles only once every week.

Started doing full body workouts three times a week.
Every muscle three times a week.
Nearing upon the finish of 2 week of 6-8.
Strength: Clearly up, weight up, appearance up.
I`ll stick with this from now on, for sure.
Btw: Its a HST program.

Yea, HST is another form of high frequency. It is the main protocol advocated by Alwyn Cosgrove. One of my 3 favorite coaches who's methods I have studied in detail. Chad Waterbury and Charles Poliquin being the other 2.

Back to the old saying...you don't grow in the gym.
