My workout days are M,W,F
Monday:
Back and Bi and Abs
Back: Bent Rows 4s x 6r, Pulldowns 5s x 6r, Shrugs 3s x 8r
Bi: Isolated Curls 4s x 8r, EZ bar Curls 4s x 4r, Reverse Barbell Curls 4s x 6r
Abs: Constantly flex while: 25 (crunches, leg lifts, V-ups, Dead Bug)x3
Wednesday:
Chest and Tri
Chest: Flat Barbell Bench 4s x 5r, Decline Barbell Bench 4s x 4r, Laying dumbell flys 3s x 6r
Tri: Lying tricep extension (skullcrushers) 3s x 10r, Tricep pushdowns 3x10, Overhead tricep extension (rope) 3x10
Friday:
Legs and Shoulders and Abs
Legs: Heavy Squats 4x5, Leg Extentions 4x8, Calf Raises 4x10
Shoulders: Shoulder Press Dumbell 4x3, Front raises 4x5, Side raises 4x5
Abs: Gym's ab machine 3x8
