i just convinced my friend to come to the PA meet with me for powerlifting. im going to do the DL but i have never trained for a powerlifting meet.
i have 2 weeks to fully prepare (short notice i know) as of now my DL is
425 + or - 10lbs raw.
my workout is typically ..
135x10 (warm up)
225x5-6
315x2
405x1
425x1
then the rest of my back workout..
im willing to put my reg. workout schedule on hold to train to max out my deads in 2 weeks. i was thinking monday-wed-friday workouts for DL or somthing? any info is appriciated!
