    workouts on gear

Obviously I'm gonna be stronger, therefore lift a lot heavier. But other then that, how should I change my workout?

It will be my first time on gear, I'm thinking about doing 9x sets per bodypart, 6 for smaller parts, once a week.but this is wat I usually do, so I'm not fully sure exactly how to go about it. Would you guys recomend a 5x5?

Should cardio intensity be increased aswell?

Id concentrate more on your diet and rest. 6-9 sets is fine per bodypart.

Have no idea what your goals are so dont really know how to answer this question

I plan on getting a lot stronger. Add around 20-30 lbs and get faster sprint wise for football.

you don't change anything.. you should already have your workout routine set up before juicing and the nlistening to your body will tell you how much weight to add how quickly.
