    back and workout help

    Was this complete overtraining, my body doesnt feel like it but i keep reading how people only do so much;

    today for back was
-2 sets 10 pull ups (warm up)
-3 sets lat pull down (regular)
-3 sets lat pull down (behind the neck)
-3 sets lat pull down (reverse grip wide)
    -2 sets cable row
-3 sets bent over row barbell
-2 sets bent over row dumb bells

the sets follow in a pattern for 11,10,8

my workout is as follows for this week because my workout partner suggests we do ALL upper body this week to give ourselves a shock for new muscle growth. BTW no AAS is being used at the moment .

We work 4 days together every week so its 4 days on 3 days off.
For this week we have planned
    sat- back
    sun- shoulders
    mon- arms
    tuesday- chest

I realize by the time we get to chest on tuesday I will stil be sore, but is this workout a complete mistake for this week? Need some guidance. BTW legs are not an option because im injured from running so no cardio for atleast 3 weeks, so this is my bulk cycle plan with my workout buddy and were already a week on felt fine last week but im confused if we are making a huge mistake for overtraining ha. Both eat like hogs I have gained 11lbs in the past month and a half 100% natty just protein, im 5'11 194 lbs... Critique plz?

I would like to see 2 days on and 1 off. might be hard to really put on bulk without working those legs.

I don't really care for the split itself, for instance if you do arms Monday, then chest Tuesday, well your triceps won't be recovered by the next day to do benches, etc. I try to incorporate "pulling" exercised, such as back and biceps together on one day, then "pushing" exercises, such as chest and triceps together on a different day.

    I'll second that.

As for is it overtraining. it might be. It depends on the loading.
