I have been doing my cardio 3 days a week directly after my weight training for 30-45 min but find that extends my training time too long..I like to take my pwo drink and protein within 15 min of my weight training so i was considering splitting my cardio to maybe in the morning 3 to 4x a week.Im currently about 15 percent bf and wiegh in at 215.Id like to drop my bf without sacraficing to much muscle.when is it best i incorporate my cardio
