What exercises are gonna be more prone to injure my groin?
I'm a little more then a month in to training again after injury hyatius and I just want to avoid injury's rite now at all costs.The only thing bothering me is my groin,I just had my first real leg workout the kinda workout that's hard to walk away from,I figured 4 weeks was a long enough time to prime my body for hard training again.Should I scrap squats and leg press for a while?
Legs once a week last day of training of the week.But I also do cardio every morning for 1 hour what do you guy's suggest should I just keep taking it easy for a couple more weeks or maybe I'm just still sore from my workout.Did legs on sat and I must say Leg's "TERMINATED".
