Changing Every Month
whats do u guys think of doing something like this every month in 2008, i already have enough muscle, just want to mix things alittle bit...
This is an exemple:
January: Giant Sets
February: 21´s
March: Pre-Exhausting
April: Seper Stes
May: 25-5-25-5 Reps Range
June: Drop Set
July: Partil Rep
and the list goes on...

find what works for you, and use it until you plateau.....

"changing it up" is not a principle i personally believe in

If you just want to maintain, just go with something basic and low volume. Unless of course you really like that stuff. Then just do whatever is fun.
