    Workout Help

Ok my previous workout is in a thread just below where a few people gave me some pointers (appreciated dudes!) this time I took some pictures of my current body (don't laugh! I'm new to weights.. ha!) in hope of someone/some people posting a routine or two to hepl me achieve goals..

What I used to look like in Jan:

and current photos.. apologies for poor quality

    Weight: 174 pounds
    Height: 6ft1
    16% Bodyfat
    23.5 B.M.I

I've lost about 64lbs since Jan'ish time due to a turning point in my life and i've been pretty lucky not to have excess skin.. but now by sort of Feb/March next year would like to look something like the below, yes its a long shot but hell bro's 8 months ago I was stuffing take out's down my throat every night getting bigger and bigger, I've got it in me to put in the grind just require some guidance! Is it achievable in 4-5 months? I'll also be posting the same pictures in the diet section to see what the diet guys think I'll need to eat to achieve what I want..

Target: (I'll post again as its limiting my pics! Please see second post!! APOLOGIES!)

Possible with the right workout (and diet which ill post in the other forum..) in 4-5 months?????

Thanks guys, I've come a long way and just want to keep going! And no way near back to what I was!!!

One thing I really lack is pecs.. I just can't for the life of me get any shape there at all, just fat!!

Ah.... Well the workout I put in the other thread is probably a little advanced for you. Use those same exercises, but cut the volume down a lot and just do 3 full body. You can do a different load and rep range each day.

Yea, bench variations with barbell and dumbbell are the best for chest.
