I started working out seriously when I was 22. 18 years going strong.
I was 14
13 years old
on or about the age of 14
I was 27.
I was 18, I am now 52 and trained all my life
I was 12 when I learned what a d-bell is, I was 18 when I first picked it up... 19 when started to learn on how to use it...now I am 24 and still learning how to use it better.
Started on and off since 17, But really got serious at 22 and started cycling at 25. Now I'm 29
Started when I was 14 and got really serious when I was 17 or 18
I was more into circuit training in my teens and moved up to weight training in my mid 20's. I did my first cycle in my mid 30's. I have only done a few cycles since but hope to do more. I am the same age as Kale and hope to sensibly train and cycle well into my 70's!!
I started on the multi-gym at 14, hit the gym properly at 15 ... now at 22 still hitting the gym as much as i can, it's addictive :-D
started at 14........got proper form and diet in check at 21........now 21
I started in 1979 and have dabbled in it ever since. Lokking back i was always concerned about what i was doing but now the research is very clear annd the only regret i have is that i had doubts.
