I have some questions about posing or flexing while working out and I have seen Carlos mention it being part of his routine. This isnt directed solely to Carlos but he is the only one I can remember saying anything about it.

What sort of routine do you use?

Do you focus mainly on the muscle you are working that day?

Do you do a full posing session?

Is this something that could be done at home PWO? I would feel like a total tool doing it in the gym, haha.

I am not big and do not plan to ever compete but I have seen Carlos mention it playing a role in development and shape I believe

If anyone impliments this to their routine or how, I would greatly appreciate some input. I did a search and didnt find anything really but I could have been using the wrong "key" words, so if you have a link that is awesome too!
