critique chest workout please
What do you guys think?
1. Incline dumbells-4 sets
Reps-12/10/8/6
2. Flat dumbells-3 sets
Reps-10/8/6
3. Flyes-3 sets
Reps-10/8/6
4. Crossovers-3 sets
Reps-10/8/6
5. Dips-3 sets
Reps-12/12/12
I increase the weight each set, and am looking for mass and strength.

WAY too much!
Id drop the flyes and crossovers, you dont need those for mass anyway. Keep it to 9 sets, 6-10 reps, imo. Make sure you add as much weight to your dips as you can.

I'll second that.
And just add this one point. dips + flats should equal inclines.
