workout plan
hey, as it is i usually will do chest monday, back tuesday, arms bi's and tri's wednesday, shoulders thursday, and legs on friday....what i was wondering if it would be better to do shoulders right after back day or is it just better how im doing it now with arms after my back day?

Yea, you should do shoulders before arms.
But seriously, how much direct shoulder and arm work do you need? You should be able to do shoulders and arms in 1 day. Then maybe spend more time on legs.
