Quick question on GVT.
I am in my 5th week and really struggling to keep to 1min30secs between squats. CV health is fine, but I am getting headaches, sickness and dizziness in the 6-10 set range. I've been training for 12 years and I don't put this down to any illness or health problems, but just generally being f*cked from busting myself real hard.
Would it be detrimental to move to longer rest periods?
All other compounds I am fine with....
