    Exclamation Important!!!!

First I'd like to say----- "you guys are the coolest"! So, it's very important to me that those who are using the Slingshot Training System understand everything in full.

For those using or who are interesting in using the 3 day, 4 day or 5 day STS, you'll need to go take a look at the summaries I have made beginning on page 138 and ending on page 146 of the STS thread. I think this will help a bunch!

P.S. I even added some pictures.

Here's the link for those that need it----http://forums.steroid .com/showthread.php?t=314569

    3, 4, or 5 day?

Is one more effective than another? Which split do you consider the best?

It depends on your training experience. But you do have to mix it up. You can't do the same thing all the time. Also if you use a 5 day split, your workout should be pretty brief. With the 3 day, you're pushing an hour a day not including warmups and such.

It all depends on on your life style. You'll need to pick a training split that allows you to recover outside the gym. If you are always on the run or are unable to get the right amount of sleep, then the 3 day split is your best bet.

If bodybuilding is the number one priority in your life and you are able to get the needed rest outside the gym, then the 5 day per week split is the absolute best for gaining as much mass possible.

If you fall in between the two categories above then use the 4 day split.

Many will find the need to use all 3 training split at different times of the year so they can continue training. I make my best gains on 5 days per week but my life style gets so hectic I can only train 3-4 days per week sometimes. I use all 3 splits!
