need quick input guys.
hers a question guys. I was only about 9 sets into my chest workout, all flys. Then my buddy called me in tears because he and the wife decided to get divirced. I did not finish my workout. So should I hit chest again tommorrow, or wait until next week?

If you're on a cycle you could hit your major muscle group early in the day, rest, and hit chest later, or you could include some chest in say your shoulder routine in a day or two. But if your chest is sore tomorrow, leave it alone till next week.

It's fine...9 sets is already plenty... just wait till next week IMHO...
