    Nike Shox???

    So what's the deal, I hear there's something wrong with these shoes and lifting???

    i actually have the Nike Shox Fleet...they are weight training shoes...i dunno if you heard of Sparq training equipment? but these shoes rock they have awesome stability and amazing comfort

    When you get a lot of weight on your back and press off with your heels, the springs compress and its extremely unstable... same with deadlifts.

    never heard of these (Nike Shox Fleet) Are they made specifically for weight training, good for squats etc.?

    O, idk. I thought you might know lol

    They look like good shoes for doing sprints and such football workouts on the field. Might get them for my summer training.
