    Cardio

    Ok I always do my cardio in the morning on an empty stomach....do to my job i cant do that anymore so i'm going to start doing cardio after my workout miday...question is should I have my PWO after workout/before cardio or wait till i'm done with cardio?

    Good question.......

    It is a good idea however, to at least do yer cardio after you lift, supposedly.

    yes wait till after cardio for pwo.... those muscles will be starving also .... and if you do it before your body will only burn what you just delivered not fat ..

    Definetly after cardio,you don't wanna consume anything before cardio especially a PWO drink that has sugar,which your PWO should have for the insulin spike.

    exactly...after intense resistance training the body has depleted its energy reserves, thus being a good time to add in some cardio to eat up some fat. I do 20min after each training session before PWO shake and its been working great...just dont go nuts and run some marathon after lifting...remember the muscles you just trained are starving for nutrients so prolonging them from getting that nurtients would be a bad thing, 20-30min is fine but anything over that is a little much IMO
