    Help me target my rear delt-

    I'm looking for a few exercises to really hammer on my rear delt as it is lagging behing my front/middle. Thanks for your help guys.

    Get an incline bench as low as you can but still be able to lie face down on it without hanging arms touching the floor. Grab lightish db's and lie/stand face down with upper body resting on the bench. Then raise the dumbells ahead of you.

    Works similar to the usual laterals, but the lower the angle on the bench you can get the better it hits rear shoulders.

    BUMP, that is what I do and they work great

    On the second one I tuck my chin down and do a bit higher then he is doing
