    Is my THR going to change the harder my workouts get?

    My thr is between 135-170 which I thought was a pretty wide range but what's up with this ?

    Whats the question? Your target heart rate for fat loss stays the same no matter what your training level is.

    I need to find my thr for burning fat,and every option says it's different the harder I train.

    That may be for endurance.. I didn't see anything in that article pertaining to fat loss. My personal trainer's manual just gives a range of % MHR, not dependent on fitness level.
