Whats the question? Your target heart rate for fat loss stays the same no matter what your training level is.

I need to find my thr for burning fat,and every option says it's different the harder I train.
That may be for endurance.. I didn't see anything in that article pertaining to fat loss. My personal trainer's manual just gives a range of % MHR, not dependent on fitness level.
