Chest and Back question...
Im noticing that my chest isn't as wide as ide like it to be, how would i achieve that?
Also, what are good excercises for lower lats?

Dumbell flyes are always good for chest width. Especially if you only do the lower half of the range of motion ( like Arnold in Pumping Iron.) Or maybe widening your grip on bench (not so much as it thrashes your shoulders though.) For lower lats..pretty much anything and everything you do with a close grip on back exercises. The most isolatory exercise would be close grip chins or lat pulldowns...this hits the lower portion of the lats where they tie into the waist and make your waist look smaller! Also seated cable rows with a very close grip done properly ( where you extend your arms, roll your shoulders, and allow the weight to stretch your lats before using them to bring the weight back towards you.) really hits the lower lats hard. T-bar rows with narrow grip hit them a little. I would stick to close grip chins with deep stretching following every set to bring your lats down. Good luck.

heavy wide grip bench...gives you a chest like a freakin bear
