cardio question
does it make a difference if you do cardio early in the morning or late at night after working out???

Yes... late at night after working out, you're depleted and its very likely to go catabolic. Much better to do it early AM on an empty stomach.

I would honestly have to tell you to try both and see what works better for you. If your diet is good, you should not have to worry about going catabolic from cardio after a workout. In fact, alot of people prefer cardio after workout.
I think AM is best for me though.***No source checks!!!***
