Stomach bad rest of the body good... what do i do?
I want to lose fat but only in my stomach, the rest looks good, but my stomach is real bad. Can I work on my stomach while still lifting heavy low reps, 3 sets?? Also how do I do cardio if I don't want to lose weight anywhere else except my stomach. Again the rest looks good so far...
I weigh 185 5'9

it is probably more of a diet issue.

No such thing as fat spot reduction, it will come off where you put it on first. It comes down to diet to get the ripped look you want, as for cardio do low intensity for 45-60 min
