    Weight Question

    I'm sure some are familiar with my new lifting career. =P

    I was 138, 3 weeks ago and I'm now 144, according to the manual scale at the gym. I don't notice much physical change except in my abs, obliques (who some joke and say look like my ribs), and a little more cut in my bi's. I notice more strength than anything. Could some of the mass be in those spots or my legs?

    When I can get a hold of my dad's digi-cam, I'll post some pictures for critique. I'm not much but my friend, who I go to the gym with, says I've gotten cut, just need to put that physical mass on.

    So, basically, where's the weight coming from, based off that up there? ^

    It's not all lean mass, you could have put on water weight, fat and/or muscle.

    Ok, my friend mentioned water weight today, but where's it go? Just soaked up in your muscle or anywhere in your body, 'cus I don't see much physical change, ya know?

    (that might have been a dumb question, idk)

    if your not wei***ng your self in the morning on an empty stomach, then it could be multiple things. food that you ate during the day, fluids. i know exactly what u mean. my weight changes everyday

    I mean, even if I eat, I never weigh more than 140 or so. I ate small before I went to the gym, but idk. I'll check in the morning like you suggest.
