i was just wondering what would be the best action to take in building some good abs!!
a little everyday? or 1 WHOLE day dedicated to abs but once a week?
for example my current routine is
Mon. - Chest, Biceps and some abs
Tues. - Back, Triceps and some abs
Wed. - Delts, Traps and some abs
Thurs. - OFF
Fri. - 2 of every muscle (chest, bi, tri, should, back, abs)
Sat. - OFF
Sun. - OFF
that is what i am currently doing. But how would this workout?
