Should I workout my ABS 1 COMPLETE day/1 a week??
i was just wondering what would be the best action to take in building some good abs!!
a little everyday? or 1 WHOLE day dedicated to abs but once a week?
for example my current routine is
Mon. - Chest, Biceps and some abs
Tues. - Back, Triceps and some abs
Wed. - Delts, Traps and some abs
Thurs. - OFF
Fri. - 2 of every muscle (chest, bi, tri, should, back, abs)
Sat. - OFF
Sun. - OFF
that is what i am currently doing. But how would this workout?

which one would be better?!?!

You're working them out too much right now. Probably over training them.
Scale it back some.
Try: 3 days
Mon.Wed.Sat.
Right before post work out Cardio. All you need to do are twists(sides), Crunches(top), and, Leg Lifts(lower). Three sets of each until failure.
That is what has always worked for me in the past. Just make sure you do different kinds of cardio work... Ski Machine, Steps, Tredmill Sprints, ect.
