    One muscle a week
    6 days a week

    I.E
    mon-Chest
    tues-Bicept
    weds-Shoulders\Traps
    thurs-Tricept
    fri-Back
    sat-Legs

just an idea of mine , that routine looks good to me and you definitely wouldnt be over worked, but i feel like it might not be often enough??? any advice would be fabolous

I wouldnt do chest on "National Chest Day" if it killed me. I also could not do legs after pulling deads the day before. Back and legs take to much out of ya plus those are your biggest muscles that are able to take beatings so Id hit em toward the first of the week. But It really dont make a crap how you do it. I just say hit the weakest parts after a couple days rest but it dont matter. I be damn if Id ever do chest on monday, you cant get to shit and thats just an ego day for so many.

    Mon-legs
    tues- chest
    wed-arms or shoulders
    thurs-back
    fri-arms or shoulders.

triceps or biceps hardly need a day to themself and if your deadlifting on back day like you should be, then squatting the day after is prolly not a good idea. i would do a few sets of tris after chest and a few sets of bis after back so that i could have more days recovery time.

I would never want just 1 rest day per week, but that's just me.
