    no form

    theres a dude that goes to my gym. he was there this morning. this guy if friggen big well compared to me at least. anyway he was useing alot of wieght for every exercise he was doing, but had really shitty form. Is that the right way? Use as much wieght as you can and do it any way you can. am I waisting my time trying to do it right?

    Just someone who wants to show off, leave your ego at the door and do things properly and you will be fine.

    ^ agreed, the guy is just trying to show off apparently or feels like he has to do a lot of weight in order to look like a hard ass or something....do it the right way and stay healthy...serious injuries can occur when doing that type of sh*t
