    Push ups, Dips, Pull ups workout

    what is every1's take on a workout of straight calastedics....i have worked out with weights for years...past 6 months i have been doing little to no weights only dips push ups and pull ups..and i have lost some size but i am a lot more cut up and have more of a diamond shape...i also do squats with lunges...(1 squat 1 lunge=1 rep)...my schedule looks like this
    Monday-10x15 pull ups 10x20 dips
    tuesday-10x15 pull 10x40 push ups
    wend- same 10x 20 squat lunges
    thursday same and then overhead extensions with a 25lb db single arm
    friday 10x15 pulls......................everything is superset

    what are your opinions on a workout like this...overtraining?...just want an outside opinion

    Ive done a Navy Seal Training program, with no weights. 4 months long.
    mass didnt increase, but muscular endurance shot up crazy, and nice strength, not to metion i could run forever lol

    and my BF % went down noticeably

    I liked it, its a nice change from weights. I plan on doing it again sometime near summer

    but as far as my reps it isnt over training right?...i also didnt mention i try to take 45-60 second between sets.(40 push ups 15 pull ups 1 set..1minute then the next)
