Lower Pec's
Hey bro's, What do you all do to work out the lower part of your pecs? I have one technique. But i think my body is getting to used to it and wanted to try something else. Everything i do i cant seem to get that burn that lets me know im workin it out!

Decline bench, decline dumbell presses, and dips.

Theres actually alot of debate about the decline bench and the parts of the chest that it recruits compared to flat....
Alot of it is genetic IMO, but dumbbell pullovers are a great way to expand the ribcage and make room for further chest growth, its an exercise that gets underused and can be affective...
