Arm workout problems
its hard for me to gain muscle in my arms.. particularly the forearms. I have extremely long arms and very thin wrists.. is there anything i can do to help?

alright well one chest/arm days i start with 3 sets of 10 on bench then 3 sets of 10 on incline.... then i do dumbbell curls curls curls with different tech. and bars switching from single arm isolation work to double arm work.. i know its now much but i work out at my house and all i have is a bench set and dumbells

I like to combine chest and tri's (pushing exercises) on one day, and combine back and bi's (pulling exercises) on a different day.

Where's the tricep and brachilalis work?

the chart on this site says for tri's and shoulders on the same day so thats what i been doing.. but what you (ima******ger) said makes since with the push and pull

throw some behind the back db wrist curls, and reverse grip bb curls works for me
