1Lb fat = 4077 calories
45min cardio @ +/-600cal/hr = 450 calories
9 sessions of 45 min cardi @ -/+600cal/hr = 1lb fat burned
2 sessions a day for one month = 7lb fat burned
5 months = 35lb fat burned
